Functional Fitness A functional capacity exercise plan will supply the opportunity to continue the rehabilitation process in a supervised and structured environment. This "fitness connection" will enable the individual to acquire the discipline to continue a life-long fitness routine commenced in physical therapy, but all too often dropped when the sessions have been completed.

Protocols Established protocols are followed for low back pain and structural problems, shoulder impingement/rotator cuff tears, hip and knee replacements, ACL rupture/reconstruction, meniscus tear and patello-femoral syndrome, cervical strain, etc.
The Medical Exercise Specialist has undergone specific training to develop conditioning programs for clients with special needs including musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular disorders. Limited ROM, compromised strength, endurance and/or balance and diminished functional capacity for ADL's are addressed according to each participants requirements.
Comprehensive fitness assessments are performed and documented for follow-up.
