"Off the Beaten Trail"
An innovative outdoor work-out that puts the "fun" in functional. A combination of strength, endurance, agility, and balance exercises that is not aggressive, but can actually be quite challenging if you let it....... Difficulty is only in the eyes of the beholder....... but we also use common sense.
Workouts are "weather permitting".
All fitness levels are welcomed and all exercises can be customized. You will never look at a park bench the same way again!
