Fitness Strategies is a family owned and operated fitness and exercise studio, specializing in one-on-one personal training, strength training and conditioning, and post-rehab medical exercise. We also feature a variety of conditioning clinics for golf, tennis and other sports, as well as small group fitness classes.

Dance your way to fitness with our Zumba classes. This dance-oriented cardio workout features Latin-inspired moves and music, and is one of the most popular aerobic workouts today. Zumba makes exercising fun!

And our indoor boot camps are sure to keep you motivated. This moderate to high intensity workout features high-energy music and state-of-the-art training equipment.

All of our trainers are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American Council on Exercise, and other highly rated professional fitness organizations.
